A stockbroker is quite a personality. In his thoughtful visage you can imagine the power and pelf he wields. One can also imagine the various deals that must be getting churned in his brains all the time. There is no denying that a London stockbroker is the kind of persona many would give an arm and a leg for!
Stockbroker jobs will be for his client that is the investor. It will be in the buying and selling of shares and stocks and other kinds of financial instruments. The investor can be just anyone or a corporate. A London Stockbroker can have institutional clients and his work will be primarily in the London Stock Exchange though he/she will have working relationships in other markets as well.
The stockbroker’s jobs will take long hours and he normally leads a stressful life. The stockbroker has to be analytical and dedicated with great numerical skills. A stockbroker should be at least a B in GCSE level Math, high A level grades followed by a good undergrad degree. If you wish to work as a stockbroker in the UK you will need to complete one of the Financial Services Association (FSA) qualifications and examinations. Thereafter you will have to achieve a FSA Approved Person Status
